I like PH360 because of the HIT perspective. The variability of training gives me a total whole body exercise & kicks my butt on occasion!
Fun fact: I’m a father of 6; 5 girls & 1 boy. I have worked from home for 30+ years & have been grateful to have been home to spend days & evenings with my children as they grew up. They love the fact I had to take Algebra in both high school & college & six more times as each of them needed homework assistance in their high school Algebra classes.
