POWERHOUR360

Power Circuit

In this group workout, we remove a part of the cardio program to add strength training exercises. It’s 60-minutes of circuit-training intensity and one of the most efficient hour-long workouts. During Power Circuit, you’ll enjoy 30-minutes of our “circuit,” which involves High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and cardio. You’ll also get in 30-minutes of strength training, giving your body the ultimate full body workout. We change our circuit every week to keep it fresh.

Power Circuit is similar to our Power Hour class. It’s just a bit more intense and replaces the rower with the circuit, making it a great alternative if you’re not a fan of rowing. With Power Circuit, you’ll burn a ton of calories while improving your metabolism and cardiovascular fitness.

Once you take this class for the first time, you’ll quickly understand why it’s our most popular offering. The energy is contagious and creates a fun environment you’ll look forward to week after week.

Benefits of HIIT

There are countless reasons we incorporate HIIT into our Power Circuit class. First and foremost, it’s efficient. Research proves you can achieve more in a short HIIT workout than a long cardio session. HIIT is also a safe and effective way to burn more fat, build a healthier heart, and promote weight loss without muscle loss. In addition, it may increase your metabolism and instantly boost your mood. So while Power Circuit with HIIT is challenging, our members agree that the benefits it brings make it well worth their time and effort.
