Power TRX + HIIT
Our high intensity interval training program utilizes the TRX suspension system to challenge your body in new ways. This class pushes you to use your body weight to gain strength, stability,and stamina within 60 minutes.
If you’re in search of a low impact yet effective workout, Power TRX + HIIT will quickly become one of your favorites. During the class, we’ll use strength training straps (TRX) to work your entire body. There’s also a bootcamp style HIIT workout that consists of 40 seconds of movement and 20 seconds of rest.
With Power TRX + HIIT, you’ll strengthen your core with every exercise. This class is ideal if you have lower body injuries but still want a workout that gets results. We recommend it to just about anyone, regardless of age, weight, or fitness level.

We will first get you booked in for a fitness consult to evaluate fitness level, take body measurements & talk about fitness goals! Then we can get you scheduled in for a class!
While our membership plans are a great idea if you plan to attend our classes on a regular basis, you can drop in and pay per class if you prefer.
