Expect to sweat! This high cardio-dense class focuses on HIIT, boxing, & kickboxing! 30 minutes of boxing work paired with 30 minutes of a bootcamp style HIIT. Want to feel empowered? This sweat sesh was made for YOU!
POWER TRX + HIIT
Our high intensity interval training program utilizes the TRX suspension system to challenge your body in new ways. This class pushes you to use your body weight to gain strength, stability, & stamina within 60 minutes.
60 minutes of total stretch relaxation. If you’re looking for a slower pace class to focus on recovery, our mix of Vinyasa + Yin will help you feel rejuvenated & ready to take on any task for the week ahead!
POWER BOOTY + CORE
Total Lower Body burn!!! This class is only 45 minutes but don’t let that sway you from giving your legs, glutes & core a little fine tuning! We will be working with bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, benches, bosu balls, etc. to get the most out of your time with us!
