This is a special class that we offer on the last Saturday of every month. It’s the most intense option in our lineup as it creates mental toughness and helps break down barriers. Once you take this 90-minutes of high intensity fun, you’ll help your body shred fat for up to 48 hours. Yes, you read that right. You’ll enjoy the incredible benefits of this workout long after you’ve left our gym.

While Power Surge is designed to incorporate 90-minutes of straight work, you can take a water break and catch your breath whenever you need to. What do I need for Power Surge?

A pair of tennis shoes, comfortable workout clothes, 12 oz boxing gloves, water, and a sweat towel. Water and sweat towels are available for purchase. You may also rent gloves if you’d like.

How can I try Power Surge?

We will first get you booked in for a fitness consult to evaluate fitness level, take body measurements & talk about fitness goals! Then we can get you scheduled in for a class!

Do I have to buy a membership?

While our membership plans are a great idea if you plan to attend our classes on a regular basis, you can drop in and pay per class if you prefer.
