Our Classes

Here’s a brief overview of our exciting workout classes near Redmond. 

Power Hour

Power Hour is a high-intensity group training session, delivering the ideal blend of cardio and strength training. It’s the most effective full-body workout you’ll get in 60 minutes! 

Power Boxing

Power Boxing uses boxing to add some excitement to a traditional strength training routine. In this class, you’ll do 30 minutes of rower and treadmill cardio plus 30 minutes of strength training with boxing.

Power Circuit

Power Circuit is the efficient, hour-long workout you’ve been longing for! This class combines 30-minutes of HIIT circuit (which changes weekly) and treadmill with 30-minutes of strength training.

Power Surge

Power Surge will help you build endurance and mental toughness. It’s 90-minutes long and held on the last Saturday of every month. You’ll expect boxing, strength training, treadmills, rowers & circuit training in this class!

Power Boxing + Bootcamp

Power Boxing + Bootcamp is that exciting cardio workout you crave! It incorporates HIIT, boxing, and kickboxing.

Power TRX + HIIT

Power TRX + HIIT is just what you need to gain strength, stability, and stamina with your own body weight. 60-minutes of a sweaty good time! 

Power Yoga

Power Yoga will give you the total stretch relaxation you desire. It’s the best way to recover from our other classes and calm your mind, body, and soul!

Power Booty + Core

Power Booty + Core is a 45-minute total body workout with kettlebells, dumbbells, benches, bosu balls, and more. You’ll build muscle, lose fat, and strengthen your core in no time!

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need for these classes?

We recommend you arrive for our classes in a pair of tennis shoes and a comfortable workout outfit with water and a sweat towel. You may purchase water and a sweat towel if you prefer. Also, if your class incorporates boxing, bring your own 12 oz boxing gloves or rent them from us.

How can I try a class?

Our “Intro Power Pack” is a great option if you’re new to our gym and would like to try it out. You can get 2 classes for only $25!

Do I have to buy a membership?

While our membership plans are a smart choice if you plan to attend our classes regularly, you can drop in and pay per class.
