POWERHOUR360

Power Yoga

60 minutes of total stretch relaxation. If you’re looking for a slower pace class to focus on recovery, our mix of Vinyasa + Yin will help you feel rejuvenated & ready to take on any task for the week ahead!

Power Yoga is the perfect mix of both Vinyasa and Vin, promoting rest, relaxation, core strength, flexibility, and mobility. We offer Yen one day a week and Vinyasa two days a week. You’ll find this class offers everything you need to stretch your entire body and recover.

Some members choose Power Yoga because they prefer a low-impact workout. Others take it in addition to our high-intensity classes to give their body a much needed break. It’s all up to you and what you prefer!

Vinyasa vs. Yin

Vinyasa

Vinyasa connects one pose to the next in a flow-like manner, allowing your breath to move you from pose to pose. In a typical Vinyasa class, you can expect a gentle warm-up paired with a variety of standing poses, seated poses, and inversions. At the end, you’ll lay down and enjoy a full body relaxation.

Yin

Yin is a restorative style of yoga where you’ll perform poses while lying down or sitting on the floor. During Yin yoga, you’ll hold each pose for up to a few minutes. You’ll relax your entire body with each pose using props so you don’t have to rely on any tension. Yin is the perfect addition to a strong Vinyasa flow practice.
