Power Boxing + Bootcamp
Expect to sweat! This high cardio-dense class focuses on HIIT, boxing, and kickboxing! 30 minutes of boxing work paired with 30 minutes of a bootcamp style HIIT. Want to feel empowered? This sweat sesh was made for YOU!
Compared to our traditional Power Boxing class, this class is a bit more intense. The circuit-style HIIT allows for optimal strength training, which builds muscles and allows you to burn more calories at rest and prevent injury. During the boxing portion of the class, you’ll focus on bag work, shadowboxing, and kickboxing.
It strengthens both your upper and lower body, giving you the fun, effective, full-body workout you crave. If you’re an experienced boxer who has already taken our Power Boxing class and are familiar with traditional 6-punches, you’ll love Power Boxing and Bootcamp.

A pair of tennis shoes, comfortable workout clothes, 12 oz boxing gloves, water, and a sweat towel. Water and sweat towels are available for purchase. You may also rent gloves if you’d like.
We will first get you booked in for a fitness consult to evaluate fitness level, take body measurements & talk about fitness goals! Then we can get you scheduled in for a class!
While our membership plans are a great idea if you plan to attend our classes on a regular basis, you can drop in and pay per class if you prefer.
